1. Introduction of silo structure:
(1) Silo bin: the silo wall is corrugated that is made of high quality galvanized board; the sheets are bolted together by common or standard bolts. The thickness of silo wall is designed comply with strength theory, which made the whole wall can afford the equalized tension. At the same time, the interior vertical stiffeners can afford vertical friction. It is 0.96m long between every two stiffeners, the cutting face is in the shape of ?z?, and there are waterproof washers in the screw holes and waterproof rubber sealants between every two pieces of silo sheet. In order to make it easier to maintain and clean we take advantage of special silo doors, interior, exterior ladders, and ladder secure cages and so on.
(2). Radial beam silo roof support system: the silo roof is made of galvanizing board that is 1mm thick, both battens and bolts are dealt with galvanizing coat. There are special secure equipments on the roof such as 4 sets of natural air roof vent, 1 manhole, roof ladders, and secure cages and so on.
(3).The main parts on the silo and silo roof are all made of galvanizing board & spares which can keep the silo even more steady and durable with longer life time, making automatics come true.
4.The hopper bottom is made up of column foot, ring beam, conical sheet, etc... Column foot is made from H steel that is one of the most widely used steels for building steel constructions, by using this kind of steel we can assure steel construction more stable and safe. Ring beam can support the silo and connect column foot with conical sheets. Conical bottom sheet is a kind of full assembly type which is practicable and safe.
